Bazm-e-Irshad is the student organization of Jamia Rizwia Zia-ul-Uloom, responsible for planning and managing extra-curricular activities. Established in 1964, it continues to play an active role in supporting student growth and building confidence.

The organization has its own student governing body, elected at intervals and guided by senior teachers. Each week, selected students are given a platform to practice and develop key skills such as public speaking, speech writing, Qur’an recitation, Hamd-o-Naat and general oration.

Bazm-e-Irshad also arranges different competitions throughout the year. These events help students discover their strengths and perform at a higher level in categories like Husn-e-Qira’ah, Hamd-o-Naat and debates.
